KEK User Registration

This is required for anyone who needs access to the computing resources at KEK (e.g. KEKCC) and for anyone visiting KEK.

Note: this requires the Belle II registration to be completed first.

Complete the KEK user registration form here
- It says "Nature of Visit" on the first page which implies this is only for visiting KEK but you can ignore this and fill in the field as "Tsukuba/Experiment"
- Undergraduates must first submit an additional form to the Belle secretary before completing the KEK user registration. This is described here with the password provided here.
- KEK support: usersoffice@mail.kek.jp
- It may take more than a week if you apply in February (annual renewal season), or April/May (when many people trying renewal after account is disabled)
- Otherwise, if it takes more than 2 working days, please report to Belle secretary
After you receive confirmation of your KEK users registration, you can then apply for access to the KEK computing system (KEKCC work and access server, VPN, KDS).
Applications are done through the ccportal.
Please only apply for KEKCC, VPN, and KDS services (other services you find in ccportal are not for Belle II collaborators).
