Belle II User Registration Check List
Your Belle II institution representative (IR) will initiate the invitation via the B2MMS, and you will receive an e-mail from <b2mms@belle2.org> to register on the B2MMS portal. The registration will trigger your membership to be approved by your IR and the generation of a DESY account to login to the B2CS. Make sure you fill in given AND family name correctly.
Never ever register again or twice! This causes problems and does not solve any name or password issue! If changes are needed, edit your B2MMS record later on.
In case you have previously created a B2MMS account but are unable to access it due to your absence in the collaboration, please ask your IR to contact the DESY administrator directly to re-activate your DESY account manually.
The KEK account is independent and has to be requested separately.
